This is an at a glance summary of points common to all of our cottages: Electricty, heating - oil fire central heating (additionally under floor heating in the Haybarn - ground floor), bedding and towels are all included in the tariff; BBQ and garden furniture are provided; laundry facilities on site adjoin the farm house (except The Haybarn - washing machine and a tumble dryer are in the unit within its own courtyard); high chairs and cots are available at no extra charge (please let the owners know your requirement prior to arrival); ample off road parking close by. We operate a no smoking in our properties. One well behaved dog may be allowed by prior arrangement but this does not apply to The Haybarn, Old Mill Cottage or Millstones. Due to the nature of access to the Millstones apartment we would advise that this is not suitable for persons with mobility difficulties.
